Approach
Navin Associates’ approach to organizational development is grounded in managerial and consulting experience, and in advanced academic training in systems design and administration. Prior to founding Navin Associates, Dr. Navin managed a large resident services department at a 9,000 unit housing authority and directed a consumer-managed, community education organization. The hands-on managerial experience gained in these positions informs our perspective and methodologies. As a result, the assessments, plans, and recommendations developed by Navin Associates for clients are realistic, understandable and easy to utilize.
